...it wasn't until I finished it that I checked the post again and realized it said "standing in the wind". Dang. Well, I got the important part down; maybe I'll get some leeway there.

Got a commission to finish, so I did this pretty quick. I don't draw enough Fluttershy.

This is one of the most simple yet beautiful pictures I've seen.
Though it strikes me as a little odd that her hair is dry enough and the wind is strong enough to make her hair flow YET the raindrops are not affected by the wind...
