Commission for ~CobaltWave, who asked for Rarity and Scrooge McDuck hi-fiving over a chest of gems after having gone on an epic high-class treasure hunt adventure together.

You know, basically THE GREATEST PICTURE EVER.

He summarized it like so:

"Check that shit out, all sorts of gems and gold and shit, probably in some horrible cursed pyramid tomb somewhere, full of traps and egyptian mummy sorcery and probably Glomgold was there too trying to foil Scrooge or something but do THEY CARE? YEAH, RIGHT. THAT IS JUST HOW HARDCORE THEY ARE. "OH YEAH DODGING THAT SPIKE PIT AND THE ROOM FULL OF MUMMY SNAKES? IT'S NO BIG DEAL JUST ANOTHER DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN AWESOME CARTOON ANIMAL TREASURE HUNTER. WASN'T IT COOL HOW WE TRICKED THAT GENIE INTO BEING A CHUMP AND LETTING US INTO THE TREASURE ROOM OR WHATEVER?" is what they would say. Probably while swimming in all the treasure they just found. Rarity's probably going all "Wa-ha-ha!" while they do this, too. Launchpad's up above being all worried and clumsy and crashing his plane again but it's okay, because he's so goofy and lovable even though he usually does this while having multiple small children aboard, it always works out in the end."

This is it, guys. This is my magnum opus. Nothing I draw will ever be as amazing as this one picture right here. Because it's Rarity and Scrooge hi-fiving and it doesn't get any awesomer than that.

Ordinarily I would say not to use without permission of the commissioner, but ~CobaltWave has graciously allowed use of this image provided that 1) it stays noncommercial, of course and 2) credit is given. So that means everyone needs to go out and write fanfics about this right now okay.

Indiana Jones and Laura Croft have nothing on this pair...
Background looks overly simplified, but it looks alright.
Love the expressions of Rarity and Scrooge, they look great. Interesting design for the both of them.
